Bison Metalworks prides itself on being a preferred subcontractor for local construction contractors that are seeking custom metal fabrication services. Metal pricing, project bid work, and CAD working drawings are services that are not typically billed. BM welcomes all invitations to plan rooms for bidding upcoming projects. 3D graphic modeling and rendering are company features.
STRUCTURAL STEEL (limited)
Bison Metalworks is often involved in the setting and fastening of structural steel beams, columns, and other components. All structural field welding service is performed according to DS1.1 American Welding Society structural field welding standards. Bison Metalworks is also dedicated to assist in the procurement, processing, and delivery of metals for construction projects.
BOLLARD POSTS
Core and cast bollard and metal post setting are within the scope of Bison Metalworks services. BM is capable of coring up to a 12” diameter hole in asphalt and concrete up to 16” thick. Posts are generally coated, set, and finished according to construction document specifications or general contractor’s direction.
ADA RAIL
Bison Metalworks was honored to be a part of this local ADA ramp project for the Green Post Office in Green, KS. This heavy schedule 40 1-1/2” pipe rail is standard issue for such commercial applications. Note the rail is set in precast concrete in which holes have been cored to a specified depth and anchored with “Rockite” and finished with non-shrink grout.
